Can my company save on MULTIPLE SITE VISITS?

YES !!! Your company saves on Multiple Site Visits by allowing us to maintain the Calibration Services on a more frequent basis within an annual period or over a multi year period. An example of this would be if any of your company's tools/gages are on a 3-month recall frequency cycle. That would qualify for a Multiple Site Visit Discount because we would be required to visit your facility a minimum of 4 times a year. Another example would be if your company had a multi year contract which would qualify for the discount plus an added bonus of freezing the price for a 2-year or more period of time. For more details email us or fill out the QUICK QUOTE FORM.

This is very helpful when those unannounced surveys or customer visits take place and find your Quality Program lacking in some areas of concern. Please understand that this one week scheduling is possible after we receive the approved signed quotation with the attached Purchase Order.

How can a CALIBRATION DATABASE RECALL SYSTEM help our company?

A CALIBRATION DATABASE RECALL SYSTEM can help your company become ISO compliant as this information is complete and accurate. The amount of information tracked for each gage is more than required to remain in ISO compliance. This is software package that can be modified as your company's needs changes or growth within the company framework. This system will surpass all expectations for future Audits/Surveys as once completed it is TURN-KEY package including training supplied for the Quality personnel. The reporting system is essential in the ongoing maintenance of the Calibration requirements. The system has Word Processing features allowing various specialized forms to be created for use within the Quality System. The Database features allow a range of options on searching, updating or adding new gage records. Most important is that when a customer purchases this system along with our calibration services the cost of the Long Form Certificates becomes a FREE charge. Meaning that if we are providing the calibration of your gages on a regular basis then the $1 charge for the certificates will be waived as we will update your gage records at the time of calibration allowing your company to save both in the cost of certificates but also the time required to update these records by your personnel. This could amount to a substantial annual savings and this also allows your company to remain in control of your Quality System. This is an important issue to most companies as they want more control of the decision process and information gathering and reporting systems utilized to maintain the required compliance for ISO. This system runs under MS-Windows 3.1, 95, 98, NT or MS-DOS 3.0 or higher. If you would like a FREE QUOTATION just let us know how to contact your company.

Can you help us become compliant with the ISO STANDARD?

YES !!! We can provide a variety of services that will bring your company into compliance with ISO/IEC-17025, Standards and Requirements. The process depends on the complexity of the system that is best suited for the way business is conducted. Therefore, it is difficult to mention specific details on this web site as each company's requirements both for their customers & ISO are unique. We can mention that once a system is put in place we will provide the ongoing support to insure that the complete program is maintained properly so that any future Customer Surveys, ISO-Audits or Company Internal Audits will be met with the approval of all concerned.

Does E.O.C. provide ISO compliant LONG FORM CERTIFICATES?

YES !!! We provide ISO compliant LONG FORM CERTIFICATES at a very reasonable price. Most vendors charge $5 to $10 and even more for this essential service. As noted on our Current Price Listing the charge is only $2 per certificate issued. We feel obligated to keep the cost of our services fairly priced even though considerable time is spent entering information into the E.O.C. Gage Calibration Database and Recall System which then is used to generate the certificate and while keeping a permanent record of the calibration performed at your company location. We also use this information in the preparation of the Gage Recall Reports we generate to keep you up to date with the Calibration Schedule.

When are we notified for future GAGE CALIBRATION RECALL?

We provide a GAGE CALIBRATION RECALL REPORT along with two other reports and long form certificates within 5 business days after the completion of the scheduled calibration. This will be your 1st notice for the next calibration visit as the Due-Dates of each gage are on this report. The 2nd notice is 2-3 weeks prior to visiting your facility we call to confirm the scheduled date(s). If for any reason that report was lost or misplaced we will then print it and fax, mail or email to your company representative within a timely fashion so that any future preparations (if required) can be made. This report will also be helpful in many other ways such as tracking the Gage Location and/or Owner of a gage (employee owned). The report also offers a sub-count by location and a total count of all gages due in the month specified. There are 3 reports that are provided FREE!!! and this will help your company organize the inventory and outside vendor utilized for calibration.

Can E.O.C. help us obtain our GAGE INVENTORY LISTING?

YES !!! The GAGE INVENTORY LISTING is required prior to the quotation process as we need this information so that we can determine the cost breakdown and related charges. We will provide this service on an hourly basis. We ask that the Purchase Order is (open or blanket) as we cannot guarantee the time requirement to complete this project. Depending on the number of tools/gages in your facility this could only take a few hours or as long as a week. Either way some or all of this cost can be canceled out by purchasing our Gage Database Recall System as we will use this information to provide the data entry of each gage record prior to or after calibration has taken place. An example would be if it cost say $ 500 to take your inventory then we will issue a credit of the same amount to the data entry process costing $1 per gage record to place this information into your GDRS. Also, this information will be given to your company representative to be used when obtaining other vendor services such as Surface Plates or Optical Comparators which we do not calibrate. Lastly, and most important this information is used to prepare the FREE QUOTATION so that your company can get a guaranteed cost of what the calibration service will cost.
